FULL BODY VOLUME 2.0

Here is volume 2.0 of my full body combo workout ft. dumbbells! warmup completely beforehand with a jog or skipping or spinning then rock each exercise for 30 sec and complete 5 rounds! depending on time, 3 rounds will be fully adequate too. rest as little as possible throughout this circuit then rest for about 1-2 minutes between rounds.

  • double half burpee + press

  • curtsy split lunge + tricep extension *30sec each side

  • deadlift to bentover row + curl

  • split lunge + static curl *30sec each side

  • single leg hip raise + chest press

  • cross over pop squat + pull press
