FULL BODY VOLUME 3.0

Here is volume 3.0 of my full body combo workout ft. dumbbells! warmup completely beforehand with a jog or skipping or spinning then rock each exercise for 30 sec and complete 5 rounds! depending on time, 3 rounds will be fully adequate too. rest as little as possible throughout this circuit then rest for about 1-2 minutes between rounds.

  • single leg deadlift to upright row *30sec each side

  • sumo squat to lateral raise

  • single leg deadlift to overhead tricep extension *30sec each side

  • side lunge to bent over row *30sec each side

  • alternating curtsy lunge to tricep squeeze + front raise
